Delivery information
Our range of six instant kitchen gardens and gift vouchers include free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Orders above £40 include free delivery.
Mixed orders below £40 are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.
When you are making your order an additional comment box will appear. Please use this to let us know if there are any dates that would not be suitable for the delivery of your instant kitchen garden – for instance if you are going to be away on holiday.
We will send an e-mail or text message (if you provide a mobile phone number) approximately one week before your plants are to be despatched. This gives our customers the potential to allow time for garden preparation and so on before their instant kitchen garden arrives.
Due to the seasonal and variable nature of growing plants we reserve the right to replace certain plants from the original specified instant kitchen garden lists with an alternative that is in season.
Postage and packing
Our aim is to get the best possible quality vegetable and herb plants to you in the best possible condition. This requires good functional and ecological packaging along with a speedy means of delivery. We use Royal Mail Parcel Force next day delivery service for all our instant kitchen garden deliveries.
Our aim is that all of our packaging should be recyclable or compostable. Recycled cardboard boxes and shelving systems with straw packing are used for delivering the instant kitchen gardens. All pots are biodegradable – no plastic pots are used.
Unfortunately deliveries to the following areas will incur a surcharge:
Zone 2 - Scottish Highlands and Islands (Inverness and above)

Zone 3 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles
