Postage and Packing

Our aim is to get the highest quality vegetable, herb and fruit plants to you in the best possible condition. This requires good functional and ecological packaging along with a speedy means of delivery. We use a next day courier, no signature required service for all our deliveries.

We are very proud that all of our packaging is recyclable or compostable.  You won’t find any plastic pots or labels, just plants (either bare-rooted or in bio-degradable pots) and some cardboard that you can use in the garden or throw on the compost pile!

When will I receive my order?

Spring Plants

We started shipping spring orders in late April 2022.

If you pre-ordered before March 31st: If you haven’t yet received your order, it may be because some plants are delayed. We are now splitting these orders so that we can send what we can asap, with the remainder to follow.

If you ordered in April: we would expect to dispatch your plants as soon as they become available, between mid May and early June.

If you ordered in May: we expect to start ship these by 10th June

Please note, this is just a guide and the estimated delivery may change if we experience unexpected weather conditions or crop failures.
