In the kitchen: A delicious delicacy and an essential in Asian inspired recipes. Lemon Grass is a delicious addition to soups, curries, sauces and fish dishes. The woody stems of this refreshing herb are also wonderful for making an invigorating herbal tea. Most of the flavour is in the thicker bulb end, which can be added whole to dishes, or peeled, then crushed or chopped.
