Kohl Rabi – Delicacy Purple£5.99
An unusual, but striking and tasty addition to your veg patch
Although popular in Europe, Kohl Rabi is not that common a vegetable in the UK. It tastes somewhere between a cabbage and turnip. Kohl Rabi ‘Delicacy Purple’ is an early maturing purple variety with round shaped stems and good quality, delicate flesh. It is resistant to and bolting and stem splitting. Kohl Rabi is a fairly quick crop to grow and you can start picking from when the bulb is larger than 5cm in size.
