Rosemary is an evergreen and will produce leaves throughout the winter. Our variety usually flowers in late winter/early spring.

- A little trim every so often will keep your rosemary nice and bushy.
How to Harvest Rosemary
- Harvest sprigs as you want to use them, throughout the year, by snipping off at the stem.
- Rosemary can be used in loads of dishes and is particularly good with a roast!
Is Rosemary good for Companion Planting?
Try growing rosemary alongside sage, as the two tend to boost each others growth and like the same conditions.
You could also try using rosemary to deter carrot fly – just lay a few sprigs alongside a row of carrots to mask the scent of the carrots.
It is definitely worth having in the plot to provide food early in the season for bees and other pollinators.
