The perfect winter spinach
As the name suggests, this variety produces lots of lovely big leaves through the winter months. You should be able to start harvesting from late October, and it’ll keep producing new leaves right through till spring. They’ll need about 30cm between plants so they are best grown in a raised bed or similar.
