Yes, you have read that right. This is a duo pear tree, with two varieties growing on one tree trunk. Clever stuff. The different varieties are Conference (the most popular UK grower) and Louise Bonne de Jersey. The two varieties cross-pollinate each other on the tree, so you get an even heavier crop.
