Produces high yields of baby salad potatoes
Bambino is a popular baby potato for growing at home, as it has good resistance to several ‘problems’ including eelworm, scab and blight. They tend to develop a pleasingly round shape, and have cream flesh with good flavour and smooth waxy texture. Some growers consider them an ‘early maincrop’ variety, but we categorise them as a 2nd early that you can expect to harvest in July.
