Cara produces a good sized potato, with pink patches around the ‘eyes’ on the skin. It’s best quality is its blight-resistance – if you have grown maincrop potatoes before and been disappointed to lose your crop to blight, then this is a good choice for you. Usually ready to harvest in September.
