Summer Savory is an annual herb that produces peppery-flavoured leaves all summer. It is a real winner for stews, stuffings and roast veggies. The flavour is somewhere between thyme and pepper – much better and smoother once cooked, rather than being eaten raw. Best grown in well-drained soil, or in a pot with good drainage. Our Summer Savory plug plants come in sets of 3 in small 8cm biodegradable pots, ready to be planted straight away.
