Turnip – Milan Purple Top (Autumn)
£5.99
(10 Plug Plants)Deliciously tasty, quick growing turnips
Milan Purple Top is a really popular variety, so we’re excited to introduce it to our range. The turnips are quite flat, with purple tops. They are renowned for being tasty, easy to grow and a good size (without becoming woody as they grow). If possible, grow in a greenhouse or polytunnel over autumn and winter, otherwise, cover with fleece to keep it a little warmer so that you can harvest it, hopefully before Christmas. These are one of the easier brassicas to grow, and you will receive a full growing guide with the plants.Number of plants: 10 plug plants
