Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a beautifully illustrated garden voucher that you can give to the lucky recipient (or we can send it straight to them). The voucher explains everything they need to know about their garden.

CHOOSE A VOUCHER HERE

On the back of the voucher the lucky recipient will find an activation code. All they need to do is hop onto our website, click the “redeem a voucher” button and enter their details here, together with their code.

They’ll receive an email from us confirming that their voucher has been redeemed . At this point they can let us know if they have any special delivery instructions and if they have any preferred dates for their garden to arrive.

Once they’ve redeemed their voucher, we’ll get on with growing all the veg plants that are included in their garden.

As soon as the baby plants are ready to be sent we’ll pack them up carefully in a box of straw together with a complete growing guide. The lucky recipient will receive an email from us to say that their garden is on the way and the very next day their plants will arrive ready to be popped into the ground to grow.
