Pak Choi – Canton Dwarf (Autumn)

Pak Choi grows best when planted in early autumn, as it is less prone to bolting at this time of year when it is cooler. This compact variety is perfect for growing in pots. Protect it well from slugs, plant in a sunny spot and you should be able to harvest a few as early as November if the weather is good.
