Pak Choi – Tai Sai (Autumn)

Big leaves, slender stems
This pak choi has wonderfully large leaves, and with its slender stems the whole thing can be braised after harvesting to make a really delicious side dish. It is an excellent plant for autumn growing, but please keep it well protected from slugs and snails. You should be able to harvest before Christmas, and you may find it re-sprouts after cutting.
