French Tarragon (Autumn)
A culinary must for the kitchen garden
This is a herbaceous perennial which can be over-wintered in mild areas. The beautiful foliage has an aniseed flavour. Planted in autumn, you will be able to enjoy leaves for several weeks until it dies back with the first frosts (unless you plant in pots in a greenhouse!) It will re-grow in spring.

In the kitchen: Tarragon is wonderfully versatile, often used to flavour sauces, oils and vinegar. It is tastes great with chicken, seafood, soups, rice and pasta.
Delivery: These plants can be delivered from September until mid/late October, depending on the season. These plants will arrive in 9cm biodegradable pots.
