If you love Mediterranean cooking, Marjoram is a must-have herb for your kitchen garden
Planted in autumn, Marjoram will have a chance to establish its roots for an early start next spring. This traditional culinary Marjoram will produce lovely pink or white flowers from mid-summer to early autumn above the strongly aromatic, dark green leaves.

Can be grown in: Planting in a pot that you can put outside in the summer and under cover in the winter works wonders!

In the kitchen: Use in sauces for pizza toppings, marinades, or salad dressings, or dry to use in other recipes.

Delivery: These plants can be delivered from September until mid/late October, depending on the season. These plants will arrive in 9cm biodegradable pots.

Looking after your plants....

Marjoram is technically a perennial although most people grow them as annuals. If you bring them inside over the winter they are likely to grow back the following year.


Watering them

Be careful not to over water – marjoram is used to dry conditions.



Pinch off flowers

Pick off flower heads as they appear to keep the leaves tasting good (they tend to get a bit more bitter once the plant has flowered)

Do I need to sign for them?
All our plant orders are dispatched with an overnight courier* to mainland UK and do not need to be signed for when they are delivered, but will be left somewhere safe. When placing your order, please let us know where you would like the plants left if you are not in when the courier delivers.

You will receive an email approximately a week before your order is dispatched and another on the day your plants are packed and leave us so you know to expect and prepare for their arrival.
