Delicious and versatile
Great to grow if you enjoy stir-fries and Asian dishes. Pak Choi is best planted in a shady spot to prevent it from bolting in the sun. Keep it well watered too. Other than that it is very easy to grow.

In the kitchen: Pak Choi can be grown and used as baby leaves in salads or stir-fries. These plants can also be grown on to produce mature pak choi for steaming as a whole plant, which is really yummy.
