This is an early variety of strawberry that has good disease resistance. It is known for being a heavy cropper and will produce a good amount of fruit to pick in June. It’s a much loved variety for UK growing as it does well in more ‘moderate’ growing conditions (which basically means it is very tolerant of our British summers!) – a great choice if you live in cooler parts of the country.

In the kitchen: Strawberries are great picked fresh from the garden served with lashings of Cornish clotted cream! Yummy yummy yummy! This variety makes good jam too.
