Sorrel is a perennial plant, one of the last to die down for winter and one of the first to appear in spring, so choose a permanent site to plant it. The tangy leaves can be added to salads and are best picked young. It is easy to grow, just pop the plug plants into beds or pots and keep them well watered. Plants arrive in plastic-free packaging and come with a complete growing guide.
