    This interesting and very attractive patty pan bush type variety of summer squash produces creamy white flat fruits with scalloped edge and a very fine flavour. These summer squash are delicious cooked and eaten fresh. They have a delicate white skin (which is thinner like a courgette rather than thick like winter squash).  Roast them whole or grill slices on the bbq, or lightly fry.
