    This is an Australian variety that produces bluish-green, deep ribbed fruits that taste almost like treacle when roasted. These fruits can grow pretty big, as much as 4.5kg! They store brilliantly, so are great to use over the course of late winter when other crops are scarce. You can expect to get 3 or 4 large squashes from each plant, so enjoy all those yummy stews and soups!
