    Freckles is easy to grow from our lovely young plug plants. It is heat tolerant, crisp and bolt resistant. Freckles is unlike any romaine lettuce you will see. It has bright green leaves that look like someone splattered painted burgundy spots all over them! A lovely variety.     Producing tasty leaves for you throughout the seasons, as perpetual spinach grows you can simply cut the bigger outer leaves off at the base and it’ll keep producing more and more. As long as the slugs and caterpillars don’t get to it, it’ll carry on for ages.     This is one of our favourite vegetable plants to grow. Keep it well watered, and plant it in a slightly shady spot. The taste is phenomenal compared to shop bought rocket and it just keeps cropping for months. Cut the outer leaves off as they reach the desired size. Simple.     This variety will produce a good sized red cabbage that you can feel very proud of having grown yourself! The leaves have a lovely blue tinge, but the hearts themselves are a deep cabbage red.     These plants will produce jade green spears which are beautiful and intriguing to look at. They are also delicious to eat! They taste like a mixture between broccoli and cauliflower and can be cooked in much the same way.
