Gives an exceptionally good crop right through the season
This is a bush variety, which means that plants are large, robust and vigorous but stay compact without sprawling. The fruit are uniform and straight, with a rich dark green colouring and a fine flavour that’s delicate and sweet enough to eat raw, straight off the plant.

Number of plants: 5

Variety: Green Bush (organic*)

Can be grown in: These grow well outside, so if you have the space then go for a raised bed or similar, but they will grow well in pots too. Find out more in our growing guide below.

In the kitchen: A wonderfully versatile vegetable, it can be used in stir-fires, soups, casseroles, salads, pasta dishes, pickled, the list goes on. You can even eat its beautiful flower, try stuffing it with herbs and cheese and frying it briefly. Delicious!

Can be delivered from: Late April to July. These plants will arrive bare-rooted with an approximate height of 10-20cm.

*Transplants suitable for organic growing.

The right site
