You can plant beetroot, carrots, parsnips and other root veggies any time from late April to mid August. Beetroot and carrots can be harvested within 2-3 months, parsnip & celeriac can be harvested over winter.

- Plant out in early spring for a late summer crop, or plant in late summer/autumn to enjoy harvesting over winter and on into the following spring.
