Long red radishes
With dark skin and white flesh. Good peppery flavour and really crisp and crunchy. It can easily be grown in between rows of other autumn/winter veggies and you’ll be able to harvest them fairly quickly – get them in the ground in Sept/Oct and harvest by Christmas.
