This variety of mint is grown for the medicinal use of the menthol essential oils found in its leaves. It can be used in similar ways to traditional mint varieties to make herbal teas, and it’s also a great one to use for a steam inhalation if you have a bad cold! Our Japanese Mint plug plants arrive ready to be planted straight away.
