Lemon balm produces beautiful bright green leaves which have a lovely lemony flavour and fragrance. Planted in autumn, Lemon Balm will establish its roots well before it dies back in the cold winter months to reappear as a strong, healthy plant early the following spring.

In the kitchen: Works wonderfully as a herbal tea, just throw a few leaves into a mug of hot water and let it infuse for a few minutes for a calming cuppa. Alternatively, it works well with fish, poultry and vegetables as well as in salads, stuffings, juices and smoothies.
